Job Description

The Enrolled Nurse Vacancy comes with a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting patients and improving treatment adherence. Core duties include:

  • Calling eligible cases and pertaining them to the DSD nanny for inauguration.
  • landing all initiated cases on Tier.Net, icing accurate data operation.
  • Driving IPT inauguration among cases on ART, using viral cargo lists and adherence clubs.
  • Auditing lines of cases with missing issues and liaising with Data Capturers to modernize Tier.Net.
  • Managing reprise scripts for IPT cases and icing treatment follows public guidelines.
  • furnishing comforting in original languages, carrying concurrence, and conducting rapid-fire HIV testing.
  • pertaining HIV-positive cases to a Professional nanny for same- day inauguration( Handshake approach).
  • Linking mama – baby dyads to watch by relating HIV-positive maters and PCR-positive babies.
  • Supporting TB/ HIV integration by checking TB cases for HIV testing compliance.
  • Webbing for TB and STIs using standardised questions and pertaining cases as demanded.
  • sharing in community tone- webbing enterprise and applying the threat Profiling tool.
  • aiding with viral cargo blood draws under supervision of the Professional nanny.
  • Creating and managing indicator testing contact lists, reaching mates, and coordinating with community mates for tracing.

Job Requirements
